Woodbury Park is located at the north-eastern edge of the village of Bere Regis.
Adjacent to the Townsend Roundabout and positioned between the busy arterial routes of the A35 and the A31, the site is perfectly located to service the nearly 27,000 vehicles passing it daily. Because of this it has been popular among a number of well-known brands that are seeking to grow their presence in Dorset and service more local customers and visitors to the area.
The land parcel, subject to our proposals, is situated opposite an existing Shell Petrol Station and in close proximity to the Townsend Business Park. It can therefore serve both of these well by providing a range of food, beverage and EV charging facilities.
The site is within a short 3-minute walk to the village centre and will be within an easy reach to the entire Bere Regis community, promoting sustainable means of travel.

The adopted Local Plan identifies its eastern portion as being within the boundary of Bere Regis and assigns it for employment use. The Bere Regis Neighbourhood Plan, adopted in 2019, further allocates the whole site for commercial development and establishes a range of potential uses, including industrial and restaurants, including takeaway.
